Sen. Kutcher, Speaker Romualdez Meet on Sidelines of APPF31

Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez engages in a cordial discussion with Sen. Stanley Kucher of Canada, head of his country's delegation to the 3-day Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF31) held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City. Sen. Kucher paid the Speaker a courtesy call Thursday afternoon on the sidelines of the international gathering of parliamentarians. Romualdez is Co-Chairman of APPF31 with Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri as Chairman.
