Vietnam Head of Delegation, Speaker Romualdez Meet at APPF31

Nguyen Duc Hai, Vice Chairman of Vietnam's National Assembly and head of his country's delegation to the 3-day Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF31) held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City pays a courtesy call on Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez Thursday afternoon on the sidelines of the international forum. Romualdez is co-chairman of APPF31 with Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri as chairman.
