Zubiri, Romualdez Hold Press Briefing for APP31

Senate President Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri and Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez answer questions from the media during a press conference held Thursday afternoon at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City in connection with the opening of the 31st Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF31) hosted by the Philippines this year.
